Reporting a problem
It helps to include:
- Whether you're on the iPhone app or the web app
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if you have one
Deleting your account
In Raenow, go to Settings → Account → Delete my Account. This removes your account along with your tasks, projects and conditions.
Deletion is permanent. There's no undo for it.
