Before you pay

Start with the free trial

Every new account gets 14 days of full access. No payment details are needed to start, and you're never charged automatically when a trial ends — your account simply becomes read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.

Web subscriptions

If you subscribed on the web

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Your first payment. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
• Annual renewals. If an annual renewal catches you by surprise, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full.
• Charged by mistake. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
• Everything else. Outside these cases, we don't refund unused time in a billing period that has already started, except where the law requires it or our Terms of Service say otherwise. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway — we look at every request.

To ask for a refund, email dave@raenow.app from the email address on your Raenow account. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

App Store subscriptions

If you subscribed in the iOS app

Apple is the seller for purchases made in the iOS app, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

Your rights

Your right to cancel (EU and EEA)

If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days. Section 11 of our Terms of Service explains how that works. Our 14-day refund on your first web payment applies either way.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if Raenow is faulty or not as described.

Cancelling

Cancelling isn't the same as a refund

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your account becomes read-only — your tasks stay put, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.

Before a chargeback

Talk to us first

If there's a problem with a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank. It's faster for you, and we can almost always sort it out directly.
